Argyll Drive Harraby - Carlisle (Completion in 2004)
A recent housing development consisting of a range of 1 & 2 bed apartments, 2 & 3 bed link houses built in conjunction with ND homes having an enviable reputation for quality, with no compromise on design or layout. The whole scheme was completed and sold out in 14 months from commencement. John Street Student Accommodation - Carlisle (Completion in 2005)

Built in conjunction with Stobbarts. Moorclose Croft is a development of 9 Bungalows and Needham Drive is a development of 7 bungalows both built for Derwent and Solway housing Association.
Netherplace - Keswick (Completed in 2009)
A sustainable housing project consisting of 42 dwellings, spearheaded by the Derwent and Solway Housing Association and Thomas Armstrong Construction.
High Hesket School - Carlisle (Completed in 2009)
New Foundation Unit built with Atkinson Builders, Penrith.
Tebay - Cumbria (Completed in 2009)
3 Bungalows built as Social Housing.
Extra Care, Low Meadow - Carlisle (Due for Completion in 2011)
A current development of extra care social housing led by Eden Housing Association consisting of 60 homes for older and disabled people in Carlisle which is poised for completion in Spring 2011.
